We proudly offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible purchases.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date by contacting support@shoppurra.com.
How to Request a Refund
To begin a refund request, please email support@shoppurra.com with:

We may request additional information or photographs to help evaluate your claim.
Returns
Depending on the circumstances, we may ask that the product be returned before a refund is issued. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shoppurra.com.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are eligible for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you wish to stop future recurring shipments, you must cancel your subscription before your next renewal order is processed.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund or cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
Refund Processing
Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, including receiving an incorrect or damaged product.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied if:
