Free Shipping

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders.

No promotional code is required. Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout where available.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

United States

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

International Orders

We ship to customers worldwide where permitted by law.

International shipping times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services. Delivery may take longer than domestic shipments.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Purra is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact support@shoppurra.com as soon as possible and include photographs of:

  • The shipping box

  • The product

  • The shipping label

  • Any visible damage

We'll review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
