Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription from Purra, your selected products will automatically renew and be billed every 60 days unless you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal order is processed. Once a renewal order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but future renewals may be canceled at any time.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your customer account and manage your subscription, or contact us at support@shoppurra.com.

After cancellation, you will not be charged for future subscription renewals. Any orders that have already been processed before your cancellation request will still be fulfilled.
